VACUUM FURNACES
Manufacturers of vacuum furnaces designed for fully automatic hardening, annealing and welding cycles etc. recommended in the treatment of high-precision finished parts with virtually zero defects and manufactured from rapid steels and alloys for tools, dies, utensils, moulds and for stamping, extrusion, forging, etc.
Hot-dip galvanising involves coating steel or iron parts with zinc by dipping them in a bath of molten zinc heated to 454 - 540o C.
ATMOSPHERE FURNACES
Atmosphere furnaces are used especially for the treatment of parts in protective and controlled atmospheres through a variety of processes such as carburising and carbo-nitriding to ensure the desired end results.
CONTINUOUS WIRE FURNACES
Continuous wire galvanising furnaces featuring:
" Continuous annealing furnace with electrical, gas or gas/oil heating systems.
" Pickling tank with gas-tight cover to prevent acid vapours from escaping.
" Immersion washing trough.
" Etching tank heated by combustion gases from the galvanising furnace.
" Drying chamber featuring hot-air recirculation system preheated by combustion gases from the galvanising furnace.
" Galvanising furnace with a metal or ceramic crucible and electrical, gas or gas/oil heating systems with high-velocity and flat-flame burners.

SEMI-AUTOMATIC TUBE FURNACES
Semi-automatic facilities for galvanising tubes with a production capacity of up to 6,000 kg/hour and featuring:
" Loading table with manual regulator.
" Drying chamber featuring hot-air recirculation system preheated by combustion gases from the galvanising furnace.
" Machine to feed tubes into zinc bath.
" Galvanising furnace with metal crucibl
e and electrical, gas or gas/oil heating systems with high-velocity and flat-flame burners.
" Extraction unit with external and internal blowing of tubes.
" Quenching trough (water) and tube collection cradle.
" Extractor cowl mounted over zinc bath to extract gases and smoke and incorporating a bag filter to separate solids.
Accessories supplied with these furnaces include metal extractors, electric pumps to remove liquid zinc and electrical or pneumatically powered suspended centrifuges.

Furnaces for galvanising small parts featuring:
" Drying chamber featuring hot-air recirculation system preheated by combustion gases from the galvanising furnace.
" Galvanising furnace with ceramic crucible for working with a zinc bath at temperatures of up to 530-540o C and comprising a gas or gas/oil heating system.
" Floor-supported centrifuge.
" Passivation tank with automatic basket-tip mechanism.
" Exit belt.
FURNACES FOR SUSPENDED PARTS
