As a medium-sized anodizing plant, we can look back on over 35 years of experience in the surface finishing of aluminum. In addition to profiles and sheets, we anodize both prototypes and small series, as well as mass parts, in all common anodized colors. We have made it our business to ensure short delivery times with the fastest possible service, even within 24 hours. In addition to a weekly delivery service with our truck, we organize the transport to and from you by forwarding agents and courier services commissioned by us, from whom we are served daily. On request, we will pack according to your specifications, including your original packaging, and send directly to your customers. GSX procedure Direct current - sulfuric acid - oxalic acid - anodizing process (GSX) The oxide layers formed by this process are silver¹, but can also be colored in any color. This is done by storing dyes in the pores of the oxide layer. In addition to our standard shades of gold, brass, copper, titanium, stainless steel, blue, red, green, violet, turquoise, black and wine red, we are able to produce a variety of other shades². We would be happy to help you implement your ideas. 1 Depending on the alloy, the oxide layers produced show color casts typical of alloys. 2 If machine parts are made from different AL alloys, this can lead to color differences in the colored oxide layers. 2-stage process Two-stage anodizing process. In this process, the oxide layer formed by the GSX process is electrolytically colored in a metal salt solution using alternating current, the second stage. This is done by embedding metal from the metal salt solution on the pore base of the oxide layer. Depending on the working conditions, colorations between light bronze and black can be created. The colors obtained in this way are light and weather resistant.
