We produce techn. Plastic profiles made of PVC, HDPE, PS, PP, ABS and related material types according to customer specifications. Co-extrusion is also standard in our company. Inline processing and foiling are also possible. Another strength is further processing using milling, drilling, punching, embossing and other processing options. We have our own tool shop so that we can respond quickly and flexibly to our customers' wishes. Short delivery times are standard with us.
Extruplast was founded in 1970 by Otto Spitzmüller in Offenburg.
Initially Extruplast was a pure tool shop, but was expanded in 1972 to include a production facility for the production of plastic profiles.
Two more extrusion lines were added until 1982, so that the growing company moved to its current location in Schutterwald in 1986 in order to be able to optimally serve the broader customer base.
In 1997 Thomas Spitzmüller took over the management. In the same year, the usable area of the second hall complex was doubled.
In 2008, steady growth was taken into account and a third 1,500 m hall was built.
