Nozzle radiators form a broad spectrum of our production. The ceramic-insulated nozzle heating tape type BDK with a power density of up to 10 W / cm2 deserves special mention. Its unsurpassed service life and operating temperatures of 550 ° C meet even the most demanding tasks in plastics processing.
The classic heating elements in mica insulation are available in a wide range of products and can therefore take on a variety of tasks in the field of heating technology. As cylindrical ring heaters, they are used particularly in the injection molding sector, but they can also be used to heat blow heads and extrusion cylinders up to an operating temperature of 300 ° C. As flat radiators and as frame radiators, they are used particularly in tool making.
Modern high-performance ring radiators with ceramic insulation enable power densities of up to 6W / cm2 and thus deliver operating temperatures of more than 400 ° C.
Heating and cooling combinations are available in two versions: with and without cooling fins. Depending on the area of application, specially designed cooling fins in intensive cooling systems ensure optimal heat dissipation.
Various commercial products complete our delivery program. This includes cartridge heaters, tubular heaters, spiral tube stimulators and products in the field of sensors, in particular thermocouples and resistance thermometers. This makes it possible to offer you a comprehensive range of heating technology from a single source.
News and customer requests
In order to do justice to the energy saving measures that have been repeatedly propagated, we have developed a special heat protection jacket that enables a saving effect of up to 40% of the required electrical energy. An optimal solution is developed in close cooperation with the customer.
Our production program also includes innovative air heaters. In addition to the classic air duct, we are also looking for new options and solutions in conjunction with our customers to enable low-loss heat exchange.
