GESCO-metall GmbH has stood for quality, competence and experience in the area of contract bending for over 35 years. The production focus includes the bending of system profiles for metal construction and facade construction, as well as complicated special profiles for industrial construction, vehicle construction, plant construction and medical technology. Of course, we also bend aluminum covers for wood / aluminum, handrails for spiral staircases, cheeks.
We also offer extensive further processing such as sawing, welding, milling, CNC drilling and threading.
Complete arch elements including anodizing, powder coating, fittings and glass as well as window sills for round windows and soffit cladding round off our range in the field of bending technology.
For years we have also been producing stainless steel portholes and aluminum portholes. These frames are a real eye-catcher for interior and exterior doors, panels and facades.
The portholes are manufactured in six different standard sizes of 200, 250, 300, 350, 400 and 500 mm (cutouts in the door leaf / nominal diameter). There are five design variants to choose from: invisible screw connections that are visible on one and both sides, and leaf or rebate screw connections.
