It all started with rubber stamps: In 1884, Anton Margreiter founded Margreiter, a company that specialized in the production of rubber stamps, just a few years after rubber vulcanization technology became known. Hans Hilscher took over the business: Company with 5 employees at that time. After the Second World War, the actual construction of the company began, which in its heyday employed over 80 people. The core areas at that time were the production of rubber stamps, flexographic printing plates, metal signs of all kinds, special engravings and toolmaking. Over the years our range has been steadily expanded, with the focus of this expansion on the core areas of embossing - sealing - stitching - signing and marking. This product range still forms the core area of ​​our range today. We always endeavor to continuously expand our product range and keep it up to date with the latest technology. These efforts are also reflected in our expanded product range. In order to ensure even better support in signing and labeling questions, we founded the area of ​​product labeling in July 2001 as a completely independent company. In 2009 we celebrated our 125th anniversary and would like to take this opportunity to thank our loyal customers who have accompanied us on parts of this long journey. In time for our anniversary, our sales and service office in Munich, Theresienstrasse 160 was opened, we are looking forward to being able to look after you directly in Germany!
