With the manufacture of individual components, assemblies and special machines, we have earned an excellent reputation both locally and globally.

Heavy steel construction
Our 1,100 sqm locksmith's shop is equipped with high-precision T-slot fields and powerful overhead cranes up to 25 t. Experienced, certified locksmiths and welders use state-of-the-art equipment to ensure steel structures that are suitable for production.
Complete assembly
We assemble complete, functional assemblies. For this, we buy all the necessary flame cuts, laser parts, etc., straighten, staple, weld and machine them - and assemble them according to your specifications into a ready-to-install module.
High-precision machining
With our modern CNC machine park we process components up to 10m in length and 40t in weight - even from a quantity of 1. In the highest precision class, steel, stainless steel, aluminum and most complex alloys are machined.
Our systems are equipped with the latest digital control technology from Heidenhain.

We will be happy to assist you with any questions regarding construction and problem solving before production. Together we will check your design for production feasibility, give recommendations and, with the help of 2D and 3D CAD systems, also develop internal components for the application you have planned.
