Since the founding of the Kebulin company more than 80 years ago in January 1933, our company has been working successfully as a customer-oriented manufacturer of corrosion protection products for underground steel pipelines of durable and top quality.
Together with the customer, our development and application technology departments develop individual and permanent solutions for protecting and maintaining buildings and infrastructures. The constant optimization process of Kebu products is part of our quality standards in order to be able to offer our customers innovative products all over the world.
The complete product range extends from the "classic" Kebu® petrolatum and bitumen tapes to Kebulen® rubber tapes and the Kebutyl® tape systems to the Kebulen® shrink products and Kebudur® GRP special applications. The Kebutyl® System C 50-C "Ruhrgassystem" developed in cooperation with the company Ruhrgas is the best-known two-band system for corrosion protection in worldwide pipeline and pipeline construction. Our own service department for pipe jackets is still involved in the construction of essential parts of the gas network supply in Germany.
Since 1958 we have been on the market in Germany as a manufacturer of bituminous welding sheets for flat roofs and waterproofing. In this segment too, we combine innovations with proven technology in our products. We set standards in terms of quality and functionality, such as with the unique 2-beam Poly-Tec S welding track. The easyklett® special welding track created a product that differs significantly from conventional welding tracks due to its type of installation: single-layer - without flame .
With the start of the production of our bridge railway and the bituminous Corabit® joint tape in 1988 the product range in the road construction division was significantly expanded. In addition to the further development of a cold-adhesive joint tape, we also currently have eight different Corabit® hot sealing compounds on offer, so that we can offer bituminous road engineering products completely from a single source. In addition, the Corabit® repair asphalt offers optimal solutions for maintaining traffic routes.
We accept no limits when it comes to our products and we spare no expense or effort to achieve the optimum in application and longevity. The innovative strength of our development department is available to our customers in the search for tailor-made solutions as a competent and reliable partner with advice and action.
