Our company has a unique laser system that has been specially developed and built for our needs. It is a combination of a CO2 laser for surface engraving and a green laser for working in glass. In addition, an elaborate magazine construction was integrated into the system, with which up to 30 glass elements (mirrors, glass doors, shower cubicles, etc.) can be automatically fed to the laser.
In addition to the surface engraving, the laser system can also remove the back of the mirror, satinize glass surfaces and insert 3D graphics in glass up to 15 cm deep. This opens up an almost infinite potential for possibilities in mirror and glass design for Lionidas Design GmbH. The laser can realize structures up to 0.1 mm on and in the glass.
