Since 1997 Martechnic® is a leading expert in the oil quality management and develops portable test devices and test kits for regular monitoring of various parameters of fuel, lube and hydraulic oil. The company focuses on designing products and technical solutions for easy, quick and accurate on-site testing of the oil condition and its crucial parameters such as water-in-oil, alkalinity reserve, viscosity, density etc. Direct assessment of test results provides users and engineers with the possibility of effective decision-making and therefore helps to ensure smooth and continuous operation of critical machinery.
Martechnic®’s advanced Modular Monitoring Sensor System (on-line or in-line sensors) enables real-time 24/7 measurement of important oil parameters, for example the content of water in oil with the help of infrared sensor AHHOI. Owing to modular design of the system, the sensors can be installed in accordance with individual application requirements and connected with the data processing unit Datalogger.
To ensure safe collection, storage and transport of representative oil samples Martechnic® offers sampling kits, drip samplers and a full range of sampling bottles. Reliable protection from any contamination or tampering of oil samples is ensured through special system of proper label (made of tear resistant and tamper proof material) and individually numbered sealing. The system elaborated for drawing representative fuel oil samples is in full compliance with the MARPOL Annex VI.
Safe and thorough cleaning of different engine system components, and in particular difficult-to-reach-areas, can be conducted by means of environmentally friendly ultrasonic technology. Ultrasonic cleaning tanks and ultrasonic generators are offered either as standard or customized options.
