Since 1949, with the advent of Nylon® and Perlon®, the traditional company Ockert, based in Puchheim near Munich, has been working in the field of “filament technology”. We have been a leader in the field of monofilament cords and wires made of polyamide, polyester or other plastics, as well as high-quality multifilament braid cords made of HMPE, Dyneema®, Kevlar®, PES, PTFE etc ... Our focus is worldwide in the sporting goods industry as well as in diverse technical applications in the toy, decoration, automotive and packaging industries. Here we can meet customer requirements with standard products as well as with custom-made products. We have also been offering a large selection of monofilament technical wires for 3D printers for 2 years. Due to our many years of know-how, we also produce highly specialized lines for professional kite sports and especially the fishing tackle industry. Here we work both under our own CLIMAX brand and as a long-standing, experienced OEM partner for leading global brands in a spirit of partnership and trust. Thanks to our subsidiary Danubio Sport Kft in Hungary, we can also offer completely assembled goods, cut to length, cut, wound, spooled and packaged in various ways, competitively and quickly in the best quality. Since 2006 the company has also had the SPORTEX brand, which produces high-quality fishing rods made of carbon and glass fiber and aramids and sells them worldwide. In 2016 we took over the traditional British brand KRYSTON, which stands for the highest quality fine mesh and special products made from tungsten and has been at home in the fishing tackle industry for 40 years.
