OXIDKERAMIK J. Cardenas GmbH has been manufacturing technical ceramics for over 50 years. We produce components of technical ceramics in high-precision qualtiy. Due to the advantages of ceramic we develop more and more applications: for machinery and equipment, pump industry, process engineering, electronic market and food industry. Our materials are: high-pure alumina 99,7 % Al2O3, a directly sintered Siliconcarbide and two materials of zirconia. OK997 is aluminium oxide with 99,7% Al2O3. It is distinguished by extreme hardness and form stability, high resistance to wear and compressive strength. It is for electrical insulation and high temperature applications. CARSIC310 is a directly sintered siliconcarbide for sealrings and bearings, for tribological and wear applications with extreme corrosive resistance. CR105 and CR101 - Zirconium oxide with its unique property profile: extraordinary flexural strength, extremely high fracture toughness with excellent resistance to wear and edge strength and low thermal insulation.
