The fresh dough pizzas from our manufactory are traditionally made by hand using the best ingredients to meet your and our high quality standards.
At a time when there is a dubious trend towards mass-produced industrial goods made from preserved ingredients, where moderate production costs are reflected in tastes that are at least as moderate, we still maintain the rules and art of the food trade.
This begins with the composition of our pizza dough from a pre-dough and a fresh dough that is later added, which - completely “out of date” - are granted a full day of dough rest, because taste and eating pleasure are not subject to the fast pace of assembly line production. It goes without saying that our flour also comes from an artisanal mill.
Who, like us, takes the time to make traditional dough, can confidently do without the so-called achievements of the chemical industry. You will not find any traces of chemical additives or baking agents in our dough.
Of course, we remain true to our quality philosophy with the ingredients for the topping. It is a matter of honor that we only have the best tomatoes in our sauce and that our meat and fish products meet the quality requirements of Michelin-starred kitchens ... and you won't find canned mushrooms on our product.
