Hydraulic top piston presses
Thanks to our many years of experience in modernizing and overhauling presses from a wide range of manufacturers and brands, we have extensive knowledge and know the advantages and disadvantages of the various models and designs. We were able to use this knowledge in a targeted manner in our new developments and have developed press series that can withstand the constantly changing requirements in the future. Whether monoblock, 4-column or 2-column construction - we develop, design and manufacture high-performance hydraulic presses.
Compact press
With the compact presses of the KPH series, we have developed a particularly economical and flexible press with press forces from 8 MN to 35 MN for drop forges and cold formers. The presses can be used for both hot and cold work - depending on requirements as fully automatic machines or hand loading machines. They are characterized by high productivity and part accuracy. The four-column monoblock construction is compact and space-saving, but also allows access from all four sides and thus offers all degrees of freedom for workpiece and tool handling. A foundation pit is also not required for the KPH series, so that the press is ready for use in your factory within a few days. Equipped with the most modern and individual control technology, your production will have your all-rounder in no time.
Preform press
The new preforming press VPH is perfectly suited for complex forming processes in several stages. The press is characterized by the high rigidity and high eccentric loading of the one-piece press frame, which can be assembled quickly and easily without a foundation pit. The rapid build-up of pressure increases performance and the continuously adjustable press speed makes production cheaper and more efficient.
