Rabo Fritz Hasselwander GmbH is a manufacturer of articles made of leather, imitation leather and textiles.
Our production is located exclusively at the Hauenstein site in Germany, which means that all manufactured products receive the "Made in Germany" label. In addition to our high quality standards (certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001: 2015), we also associate it with fulfilling and, if possible, exceeding expressed and unspoken customer expectations and always achieving a customer-optimized cost-benefit ratio.
All products are available as wages (material is provided by the customer) as well as out of wages (we procure all required materials). Since Rabo Fritz Hasselwander GmbH produces exclusively on an order basis, we are able to produce the item you want according to your specifications. Exclusive developments are carried out on a strictly confidential basis.
Our product range is divided into six main areas: accessories, ribbons, piping / piping / piping, HF parts, belts, labels.
Thanks to our in-house dyeing system, all artificial leather, floor leather and rubber (for frames) can be painted based on your color requirements. Furthermore, it is possible for us to stain leather or to offer leather and imitation leather articles with a colored edge.
Since 2018 we have been offering a planing service for punching pads, circular blanks, dies and contact punching plates. Worn punch pads on a wooden support can be exchanged for new punch pads on request, but we also sell punch pads individually.
The offer is rounded off by the possibility to mill aluminum plates of your swivel arm punch flat again or to be able to produce a new aluminum plate if required.
Thanks to many years of experience in the manufacture of frames, we were able to build up a great deal of know-how in the manufacture of the required tools.
