Description

The company was founded in May 1990 by Harald Öschger. The main focus of production was the production of precision turned parts mainly in medical technology. The first rented production facility with 250 m² was in Waldkirch-Kollnau. Mr. Öschger worked with various temporary workers for the first few years until the first employee was hired full-time in May 1994. The machine park grew steadily, as did the number of employees. The company specializes in high-precision, complex turned and milled parts made of rust and acid resistant materials and special materials (titanium etc.). In addition to medical technology, other markets have also been opened up over the years: measurement and control technology and plant and mechanical engineering. In January 2000 the move to the new production facility in Emmendingen-Kollmarsreute took place. The office and production rooms were now housed on 1200 m² and the sole proprietorship was converted into a GmbH. In March 2004, an own product was presented on the market. In cooperation with the company Oesterle Partner GbR, driven tools, clamping systems and shrink clamping inserts are manufactured and sold. The production range was expanded in 2006 with the purchase of a grinding machine. In order to meet the demands of our customers, we constantly acquire the latest and best measuring equipment that the market offers us. Lathes and milling machines are constantly replaced as required and replaced by machines with the latest technology. The machine park was enlarged in 2010 with the purchase of a laser marking machine. The long-planned new production and assembly hall went into operation in late summer 2012. In April 2014, a photovoltaic system was installed on the roof of our production hall. We can use the energy generated there directly in our ongoing operations. We currently have 47 employees (March 2017), four of whom are in training.
