As a small traditional craft business, Karl Staude (born 1886) settled in Weißenberg in 1945.
In 1957 the company was taken over by Karl Staude (b. 1936) and successfully managed with constant development.
In 1993 the Staude GmbH was founded, led by the third generation by Hagen Staude (1964).
In addition to Staude GmbH, the
Staude Metall- und Anlagenbau GmbH, whose business is managed by Martin Penther (born 1982).
