StraFisch Haus- und Grundstückservice GmbH emerged from the protected operations department of Neptun Industrie Rostock GmbH in the course of the spin-offs carried out in 1995. At the time, the field of activity was essentially limited to the maintenance of caretaker-like activities and machine maintenance on the site of the former Neptun shipyard in Rostock.
Since 1999, the company has also been a certified waste disposal company and a member of the waste disposal association Mecklenburg - Western Pomerania. Together with strong disposal partners in the region, it can therefore also offer qualified demolition and dismantling work, including contaminated materials. In addition, as a member of the Association of German Temporary Employment Organizations (IGZ for short), it is also active in hiring out workers.
Due to the extensive professional experience of the employees as well as the existing material and technical requirements, the company was able to develop into a classic service company, whose field of activity ranges from simple plant maintenance of land to industrial service.
