The company TEROM s.r.o., founded in 1991 and located in Central Bohemia, has 30 years of experience as a subcontractor for different manufacturers in automotive, agricultural, aero and other industrial sectors.

The company is specialized in the manufacturing of metal constructions and welds of various types and sizes: individual and assembled units from small parts to large weldments up to 5 tons.

Company manufactures based on the drawing documentation supplied by customers or delivers tailor-made solutions (based on its own engineering design) according to specific customer's needs.

The typical constructions and welds manufactured by the company are frames, bodies, superstructures for atypical vehicles, special holders of tanks, steel girders of various types, adjustable drawbars, beams and stringers, tool holders (for agricultural machines), bearing steel structures and non-bearing steel structures for construction industry such as rails, stairs, barriers and many others according to the customers' needs.

Welds and constructions manufactured by the company are present in finished products of important producers of agricultural machinery, trucks, aeroplanes (e.g. PAUL Nutzfahrzeuge GmbH, PELLENC SA, SA PINON, BEDNAR FMT s.r.o., DE NADAI but also many others).

Company disposes with broad range of production operations like:

• Splitting (automatic saw, plasma, burning machine)
• Forming (eccentric presses up to 100 tons, rim-presses, bending machine for tubes and angular profiles)
• Tooling of small series (drilling, lathing, milling cutters, horizontal boring mill)
• Welding (MIG/MAG, TIG, covered electrode method)
• Engraving (engraving of letters, numbers and symbols to various types of materials - glass, ceramics, plastic, steel up to 63 HRC of hardness, both flat and profiled)
• Surface treatment (jet cabin, spraying box), galvanization and KTL method are provided with co-operating companies.

The company's quality management system is certified by BUREAU VERITAS CZECH REPUBLIC according to standard ISO 9001.
From 2010 environmental system was applied according to standard ISO 14001.

TEROM s.r.o. is interested in:

Our own production:

For agricultural technologies, we produce stationary horse stable boxes EURO, feeders, and feeding gutters for pigs, horses, and cattle, the stable equipment and internal barriers for horses including historical, outdoor stable boxes for horses, modular including installation in place.

We also manufacture and install cellar chambers and storage boxes with wire, sheet metal or combined filling.

We design and supply modular wire dressing rooms and boxes for schools, universities, and sport grounds. The construction of school dressing rooms is adjustable for any areas including atypical cellar areas, we also design and supply school furniture for common equipment of the studies and schools.

We hire and sale of construction crates including the chief assembly of trademarks WENDLER.

Die Firma TEROM s.r.o. ist eine Privatfirma, die im Jahre 1991 entstanden ist. Die Firma hat seinen Sitz in Chlumec nad Cidlinou, wo es eine Einrichtung mit einer Fl"ache von 7.000 m2 f"ur Produktion und Lagerung gibt.

Die Hauptproduktionsgegenst"ande sind vor allem Rahmenmetallkonstruktionen, Schweissteile und vorgefertigte Einheiten.

Wir konzentrieren uns auf die kundenspezifische Maschinenbau-Produktion f"ur verschiedene Branchen mit einem grossen Anteil an der Herstellung von Metall- und Stahlkonstruktionen und Stahlteilen gem"ass der Zeichnungsdokumentation des Kunden.

Die typischen Konstruktionen und Schweissteile des Unternehmens sind Rahmen, Karosserien, Aufbauten f"ur atypische Fahrzeuge, spezielle Halter von Tanks, Stahltr"ager verschiedener Typen, Werkzeughalter, Stahlkonstruktionen f"ur die Bauindustrie wie Schienen, Treppen, Barrieren usw.

Diese Schweissteile und Konstruktionen liefern wir f"ur die Hersteller von landwirtschaftlichen Maschinen und Technologien, Speicher- und Handhabungstechnik, Lastkraftwagen, Flugzeugen und anderen.

Die Kundenspezifische Produktion wird durch die folgenden Technologien realisiert:

• Metallbearbeitung - Drehmaschinen, Fr"asen, Bohren (Spalten-, St"ander und Radialbohrmaschinen), Bohren von Standardl"ochern, auch gr"osserer Durchschnitte mit Radialbohrmaschinen, Drehen und Fr"asen als der n"achste Aush"artevorgang
• Schweissen mit erh"ohten Anforderungen inkl. Vorw"armung (Methode MAG - Schweisser mit der Probe nach EN 287-1)
• Materialschneiden (S"ageautomaten, Plasma, Schneidemaschine)
• Pressen (Abkantpresse, Rohrbiegemaschine f"ur R"ohren und Winkelprofile)
• Spritzen mit einer Nassvariante (Kabine von 8m)
• Ausbrennungen (CNC-Automat)
• Metallstrahlen (Sprengkabine mit Massnahmen von 7 x 4,5 x 3m)
• Materialmanipulation bis zu 5t
• Montage von Baugruppen und Unterbaugruppen, einschliesslich Installation vor Ort

Das derzeitige System der Management-Qualit"at ist zertifiziert von Bureau Veritas TSCHECHIEN in "Ubereinstimmung mit der ISO 9001 Norm und wird in unserem Unternehmen seit 1998 verwendet.
Im Jahr 2010 wurde die ISO 14001 Norm im Unternehmen implementiert und eingehalten.

Wir produzieren und liefern modulare Umkleideschr"anke f"ur Schulen, Universit"aten und Sportpl"atze. Unsere Konstruktion von Stahlplatten kann an jeden Raum angepasst werden. Wir herstellen und liefern auch Schulm"obel f"ur irgendeine Ausstattung von Schulen.

Unter anderem betreiben wir den Verleih und den Verkauf von Bauschalungen der Marke WENDLER, einschliesslich der Hauptmontage.
