For or many years WHS Sondermetalle has been a competent partner in the sector of special metals and alloys. Our customers are in the following business fields: automotive engineering, analytics, measurement and testing technology, plant engineering, semiconductor technology, medical and process industry, instrumentation, electronics, development and research as well as in the process technology.
Our range of products is focused on high melting and corrosion resistant refractory metals, such as Tantalum, Molybdenum, Niobium, Tungsten and Rhenium. We keep a wide range of sheets, plates, rods, wires and tubes in our stock.
In addition to the semi-finished products we also supply assembled components ready for installation, sputtering targets, contacts and electrodes according to drawings. Many standard fabricated components, e.g. EN ISO DIN bolts, nuts, washers and threaded rods are available from stock.
Besides the refractory metals we also deliver precious metal semi-finished products and so called minor metals, especially for the use in analysis, coating and semiconductor technology. Highest purities are available and certified by appropriate analysis certificates.
Wherever special metals are machined or used, there are scrap metals as well. We are able to recycle many types of this valuable scrap.
